How to safelist us
If you are a regular recipient of our emails, you may want to safelist us to ensure that our emails always go to your inbox and never get sent to your spam folder. Safelisting is a process of adding a sender's email address or domain to your email whitelist. This tells your email provider that you trust the sender and that their emails should always be delivered to your inbox.
To safelist us, you will need to follow the instructions for your specific email provider. Here are instructions for some of the most popular email providers:
Gmail
- Open the email from us that you want to safelist.
- Hover over our email address in the sender field.
- Click the "Add to contacts" button.
- Click "Create new contact" if you don't already have us in your contacts list.
- Enter our name and email address.
- Click "Save."
Outlook
- Open the email from us that you want to safelist.
- Click the "Junk" tab.
- Click "Never Block Sender."
Yahoo Mail
- Open the email from us that you want to safelist.
- Click the "More" button next to our email address in the sender field.
- Click "Add to contacts."
- Click "Create new contact" if you don't already have us in your contacts list.
- Enter our name and email address.
- Click "Save."
Apple Mail
- Open the email from us that you want to safelist.
- Click the sender's name in the sender field.
- Click "Add to Contacts."
- Click "Create new contact" if you don't already have us in your contacts list.
- Enter our name and email address.
- Click "Done."
